Xinaps, which is revolutionizing the pre-construction workflow with its advanced rule-based engine, announced today that Mr. Amar Hanspal has joined its Advisory Board together with Mr. Bhupinder Singh.
Mr. Hanspal brings decades of experience in corporate leadership and technology growth to the advisory board. Bhupinder Singh, the former Chief Product Officer at Bentley Systems also brings decades of industry expertise and invests in the company.

Mr. Hanspal most recently served as the CEO and co-founder of Bright Machines, a company specializing in developing software-driven, autonomous assembly lines for the manufacturing sector. Prior to that, he led Autodesk’s transition of its product and technology platform from on-premises/license to SaaS while serving as co-CEO and Chief Product Officer. He played a key role in the creation of the company’s software portfolio for additive manufacturing (3D printing) and construction technology.
Mr. Singh, Principal at InTwin Insights, has over 34 years of experience in the software product industry. Before InTwin, he was Chief Product Officer at Bentley Systems, which had a successful IPO in September 2020. His prior roles over his 26-year tenure at Bentley included: senior vice president of Bentley Software, senior vice president of the Platform Products Group, and managing director of sales for Bentley South Asia. Prior to Bentley, Bhupinder held various software engineering positions at Montgomery Watson Hazra (now Stantec-MWH), Bell Labs, and Intergraph Corporation.
Mr. Hanspal now serves on the boards of BeyondTrust and PTC. He graduated from Stanford University’s executive managerial program and has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the State University of New York.
Mr. Singh graduated from Rutgers University with a master’s degree in computer science and Vanderbilt University with a master’s degree in structural engineering. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, and a certificate in management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the boards of Magnasoft and Irth Solutions.
