Xinaps, the developer of Verifi3D and N+P Informationssysteme GmbH (N+P), a leading provider of information technology solutions in the building and construction industry are joining forces to deliver cutting-edge model checking solution for building professionals. To promote the partnership, N+P will serve as an official value-added reseller of Verifi3D for Germany, Austria and Switzerland by expanding its product portfolio in the fields of architecture, engineering and construction.
The advanced rule-based and geometric checking features along with the support of native Autodesk REVIT (.rvt) file format and the global buildingSMART Industry Standard (.IFC) file format, all in a browser make Verifi3D the authority in model checking. The IT system house N+P has recognized Verifi3D as a valuable addition for project teams who want to check, automate geometric checks and improve BIM models quickly and effectively.
With its unique integration with multiple CDEs and issue trackers, teams can manage model coordination workflow in one environment, giving users more control over their model checking. As part of the cooperation with Xinaps, N+P will therefore expand its product portfolio to include Verifi3D which bridges the gap between design and early construction. This partnership allows users to easily integrate Verifi3D with existing workflows, thus optimizing and streamlining the building design process.
“We are thrilled about our partnership with N+P and bring Verifi3D to more customers in the DACH region,” said Frank Schuyer, CEO of Xinaps. “Their building and construction industry expertise, combined with our powerful cloud-based model checking solution, will provide customers with a solution that truly sets the standard for accurate, compliant and reliable building designs.”
“We are pleased to have found a competent partner in N+P, who is able to digitally map the entire building life cycle at the highest level. We are impressed by the application-related process knowledge and the extensive software portfolio that the company offers its customers. We are proud that Verifi3D will complement the portfolio in the future,” adds Frank Schuyer, CEO of Xinaps.
Through this partnership, users can ensure that their building designs comply with ISO19650 and meet the highest standards of building design quality. This alliance is a significant step forward to establish Verifi3D and N+P as pioneers in redefining the model-checking process.
